Sheriff Jim Tanner (Eric Roberts) and his assistant, Barbara
Phillips (Melissa Brasselle), must investigate lethal attacks on local
residents that appear to have been inflicted by dangerous animals. The
attacks prove to be a result of Dr. Hyde's (Corbin Bernsen) confidential
laboratory experiments,
which involve raising
various types of dinosaurs. The repercussions of his experiments are
deadly, and Jim and Barbara have to fight to survive while the military
tries to intervene.
